Entertainment Room:

 

This room includes tables, chairs, bar servers, and alcohol permit if necessary. It includes access to all entertainment in the room such as pool tables, ping pong, and shuffleboard.

Booking Notes:

Discounts: Save $1000 by booking a Friday or Sunday. Save $2000 Monday through Thursday. Max capacity is 388.

 

Alcohol: No outside Alcohol allowed at any event. Cask Strength Bar and Kitchen is our alcohol provider. Pricing and availability is the same as the Restaurant. Ask for details.  

 

FOOD: Any licensed catering company is allowed to cater at Iron Lily. They must provide proof of Insurance and health certificate. Ask for details.

 


 

Celebration Options:

 

We can hold your ceremony in the Reception room. Should you choose this option, we will flip the room during cocktail hour. Setup options may be limited by guest count.

Clean up package:

Adding our clean up package takes away the stress and need for family and friends to work at the end of your event. With this package you take your personal belongings and head on out. No need to throw all the trash away, sort linens, stack tables and chairs, sweep, or anything. This does not cover abnormal messes such as glitter, confetti, and fake snow.

$500 additional

 

Special Event Insurance (Mandatory):

Event insurance is very inexpensive and protects you and the venue. Should your guests accidentally damage venue property or injure themselves at the event or on their way home, you are covered by the policy. This can be purchased at www.eventhelper.com or other online sites. Approximately $150-300

 

Lighting Package:

We can provide uplighting for your event which will give the rooms a completely different feel. The color can be customized to your event.

Photo Booth:

We have a photo booth available for your event. Please ask for pricing and availability.

 

Photography:

We have a house photographer available. Check with us for current rate.
