Iron Lily Venue - All Inclusive Event Packages

Event Packages for Weddings, Quinceanera, and Corporate Events, Made Easy

We here at the Iron Lily understand that every event is unique and special but they all
have two things in common - the stress of hiring multiple vendors and cost. The Iron Lily
wants to make things easy and affordable for you. With over 10 years in the event
industry, we have built relationships with all of the best professional vendors far and
wide. We have multiple preferred vendors within each industry (caterer, baker, photographer, videographer, minister, florist, event coordination, Master of Ceremonies/DJ, linen rentals, etc.) for you to choose from.

What Comes In Our Packages:

Tables and Chairs. We provide table and chairs for all guests, up to 388. We have 60 inch round tables and 8 foot rectangle tables. We also have a few 6 foot rectangle tables and some pub style tables. All included in your rental.
On-Site Staff. There are many different issues that could occur at an event and we have you covered. Our trained staff are able to help out! If the bathrooms run out of supplies, or if something needs a little more attention or touch up we can get it taken care of. We're here to help!
Rehearsal: You get an additional walk through or rehearsal for weddings. This usually occurs on the Thursday before events, but Friday is an option if we are not booked.
Cold Storage: For your cake or Flowers
Stage Lighting: We have special lighting for the Stage area, cake table, and DJ stage.
Ready Rooms: We have a bridal suite with LED mirrors perfect for getting ready, as well as a conference room for the Groom to kick back and relax before the ceremony.
Photo access: We have designed the entire venue with a photographers eye. From the beautiful white wood warehouse to the rustic wood plank walls, or the selection of exterior plant colors, we have you covered.
Security: We include security with all of our rentals that serve alcohol. Our current company is Golden Empire Security.
